Once the detailed requirements for Technology And Infrastructure are validated by the Client, the Technology And Infrastructure Lead must create a design for the overall technical solution of the engagement. During this activity, it is important to identify if any changes are required to the technical solution put forward by Capgemini during the bid pursuit.

The Technology And Infrastructure Lead must develop a draft design for each area of service, including the Platforms And Tools Design that is to be implemented during transition. The Technology And Infrastructure Lead also produces an initial solution design based on the Technical Environment Review Report.

The Technical Environment Review Report contains a description of the Client’s technical environment and serves as a baseline for infrastructure transformation if required. The report also highlights any gaps existing in the technical environment.

The Technology And Infrastructure Lead must get the technical environment solution reviewed by relevant stakeholders as required before planning for implementation to ensure that the drafted solution is both feasible and cost effective.
